Service Description

For non eating disorder clients. A full Nutritional Assessment of overall health. Comprehensive Health History NAQ Going over labs etc. This is split into 2 sessions totaling 2 hours. Goal is the creation of a wellness plan individualized for you.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancelation must be given at least 24 hours in advance otherwise you will be responsible for the full service charge amount.
